Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Method of Entry
  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over only. To enter follow the steps above
  1. Duration of Promotion
  2. The promotion will be carried out from 9am (EST) Saturday 6th February 2010  and closes at 12noon (EST) Friday 12th March 2010.
  3. Details of Prize and Prize Value
  • Prize – the chance to win $1000 worth of adventure gear from Black Wolf.
  • Winner will be selected based on their entry of 25 words or less explaining why they want to win.
  • Prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is taken for the variation in the value of the prize.
  • The prize covers Black Wolf adventure gear and cost of delivery.
  • The prize is subject to availability and must be taken in collaboration with Blackwolf and The Garden Gurus.
  • The prize will be delivered to the winner’s residence and must be an address within Australia.
  • Prize is valid until September 15th 2010.
  1. Date, time and Place of Draw
  • The winner will be selected on Monday 15th March 2010 at 12pm AWST at Level 1, Suit 11/281 Hay Street Subiaco WA 6008.
  1. Results
  • The winner will be notified by telephone by the Friday 19th March 2010.
  • The name of the winner will be posted on The Gurus Explore website www.GurusExplore.tv by the Friday 19th March 2010.
  • Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  1. Conditions of Entry
  • To qualify you must purchase a minimum of 1 year’s Garden Gurus Club membership.
  • Entries are only applicable to new memberships with payments made by credit card. 
  • Entries will only be accepted once the credit card payment is cleared. This will be automatic.
  • Only one entry per membership purchased.
  • Entries are not accepted via email.
  • 25 words or less must be completed and received by mail during the promotional period.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected 25 words or less entries.
  • This competition is a judged entry.
  • All entries will be judged. Judges decision is final and no discussions will be entered into.
  • Faxed entries will not be accepted.
  • Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
  • Should an entrants contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter.
  • A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
  • It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
  1. Participants
  • The Garden Gurus directors, management, employees and their immediate families cannot participate in the trade promotion.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

 

  • The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  1. Unclaimed Prize
  • After every reasonable effort, if the promoter is unable to contact the prize winner or if the prize goes unclaimed it will not be redrawn.
