- Green Gables House, the home of Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert who adopted Anne and raised her, has been painstaking restored. Visitors can wander through and relive their favourite 'Anne' moments
- Since its publication in 1908, there have been over 50 million copies sold and been translated into 36 different languages including Swedish and Japanese. The popularity of this novel has seen it adapted into movies, tv series, plays, cartoons and musicals
