Trevor has worked in many areas of the horticultural industry, including plant growing, garden retailing, marketing and as a garden adviser on TV and radio.

While away on location, Trevor enjoys discovering all sorts of wonderful and exotic plants in local nurseries, and sharing new found delights with viewers at home.

Nigel RuckNigel Ruck
Originally from Birmingham in England, Nigel Ruck first came to Australia in 1988 and never looked back. Nigel joined Backyard Blitz as the resident landscaper when it premiered in 2000 and saw friendships blossom over the seven years on Australia’s favourite garden makeover program.

Nigel is a regular presenter on The Garden Gurus as well as continuing to run his landscaping business in Sydney when not “busying himself” overseas. Nigel brings extensive travel experience to the team, and enjoys nothing more than to immerse himself in the local culture, which often paves the way for something unpredictable, exciting and very fun.
 
Neville PassmoreNeville Passmore
Neville has worked for 30 years in the horticultural industry after following the footsteps of his father and grandfather.

While away on location, Neville enjoys nothing more than to capture the beauty of what he sees on camera. So much so that he is often missing from the team! All of Neville’s fabulous photos are available to view in the photo gallery.
Geraldine Chia

Geraldine Chia
Fondly referred to by the team as Gez, Geraldine is originally from Singapore and has travelled the globe extensively.

As production manager of Explore she combines her behind the scenes experience and research to share clever travel tips and insights with viewers.

Often fighting with Neville and Trevor for the best photographic spots, Geraldine’s pictures can be seen in the photo gallery.
